Purpose

There are several ways for reporting the input data and the calculation results of pipe classes. Here is a general overview given to report all input and calculations. These reports can be collected for further processing as part of other reports or material management systems.

Description

An overview of all reporting ways is as follows:

  • 'File/Save as ...'. This menu item saves the active pipe class to a file. This file can be opened with several software programs, like Microsoft Word and Excel. This pipe class file can be saved to:
    • HTML file
    • ODT file
  • 'File/PDF Export ...'. This menu item exports the active pipe class to a PDF file.
  • 'File/Print ...', to send the active pipe class to a printer.
  • 'File/Print preview ...', to preview the active pipe class before it is send to a printer.
  • 'PCC/F5 - Calculate summary'. When pressing the F5 key, a summary of all calculations of all components is displayed. For further information see PCC calculation summary window. This summary can be saved or send to:
    • PDF file
    • HTML file
    • Printer
  • 'PCC/F6 - Calculate list of calculations'. When pressing the F6 key, a list of calculations is displayed of all components for all PT ratings. For further information see PCC calculation list window. This list can be saved or send to:
    • PDF file
    • HTML file
    • Printer
  • 'PCC/F7 - Detailed calculation'. When pressing the F7 key, a detailed calculation can be made of one component for one PT rating. For further information see PCC calculation detail window. This detailed calculation can be saved to:
    • PDF file.
  • 'PCC/F10 - Component datasheet'. When pressing the F10 key, the datasheet of one component is displayed. For further information see PCC data sheet window. The datasheet can be saved or send to:
    • PDF file
    • HTML file
    • Printer
  • 'PCC/Reports/F9 - Export dimensions'. When pressing the F9 key, the dimensions export dialog is displayed. For further information see PCC dimension export window. The dimensions can be saved to:
    • CSV file
