In addition to, or as part of Company main activities, broadly described as Engineering, Procurement and Construction, a client may contract Company to be responsible for other activities that could be considered as "servicing".
These may include, but not be limited to:
- warrantee commitments
- claims settlements/resolutions
- spare parts and special tools supply
- precommissioning
- commissioning and start-up
- performance guarantee runs
- as-built documentation
- operating manuals
- maintenance manuals
- operator training
- feasibility studies
- cost evaluations
- site selection studies
- plant maintenance programs
If necessary, procedures, guides and standards shall be used to control the activities. In particular, appropriate guides shall be used for the precommissioning, start-up and test-run activities to ensure an efficient and safe execution.
