When selecting in the menu item 'File' > 'Export XML pipe class file' a generic window for saving appears. The window allows to select the location for exporting pipeclass files to a normal file directory or a network directory but also via an Internet/Intranet URL. The supported file format is XML, with the file extensions '.xml'.
The XML export can again be imported in the PCC program without losing any data or setting. This is usefull when sharing data over more computer systems with the PCC program or sending data to other engineering programs.
